help keep the hair safe from damage. Using soft hair bands which don’t
tie the hair tight also help making hair less prone to damage.
5. Hair is made up of keratin. Having a diet that has enough protein can
help to maintain the strength of hair. Iron helps in the pigmentation of
hair and adds a glow to the hair texture. Vitamin C acts as an
antioxidant and hence diets with iron and Vitamin C help keeping the
hair shiny and healthy.
6. Trimming hair once in a month is a good practice. This helps the hair
from suffering from split ends and weakness. The periodical trimming
